Disnakertrans of PALI Regency organized the 2024 Inter-Regional Employment Service Program at Star Cafe and Resto, Talang Ubi. The event was attended by 100 students representing SMK Negeri Talang Ubi, SMK Negeri Tanah Abang, SMK Negeri Penukal, and SMK Negeri Penukal Utara. 

The event was officially opened by Mr. H. Andre Fajar Wijaya, S.Si, M.Si, CSEP (Assistant I of PALI Regency Government), followed by a knowledge-sharing session. One of the key speakers was Mr. Edi Paris, S.P. (HCGA Manager of Bomba Grup Subholding Agroindustry), who delivered a session on "Preparing for the Workforce." 

This initiative is part of a collective effort to equip young generations with the skills and knowledge required to enter the workforce while also supporting the development of SMEs in PALI Regency.
