Company History

Bomba Group is an investment holding company committed to building more sustainable future. The company has established a strong foundation in four key business sectors: Energy, Agroindustry, Mining, Logistics & Distribution, and Contracting & Services.

The journey began in 2005 with an entry into the mining sector and the establishment of an energy company. In 2008, Bomba Grup expanded into services and logistics, followed by the founding of a property company in 2013. In 2018, Bomba Group strengthened its position in strategic sectors through key acquisitions, marking a pivotal milestone in business growth and diversification.

By 2019, we further expanded into agroindustry by acquiring companies in the sector. A year later, we solidified its presence in energy industry through a strategic partnership and investment in the Sumsel 1 Power Plant (PLTU Sumsel 1). This trajectory of growth culminated in 2021 with the establishment of a holding company to unify all business units under a single entity, ensuring greater synergy and sustainable development.

As part of its commitment to a greener future, Bomba Grup began exploring the renewable energy sector in 2023, aligning with its long-term vision to support the transition to sustainable energy. The company aims to implement a comprehensive green ecosystem by 2030, reflecting its dedication to innovation, sustainability, and environmental responsibility.

With a spirit of synergy, innovation, and sustainability, Bomba Grup continues to move forward, creating a tangible positive impact on industries, communities, and the environment, while contributing to building a better future
