Mental health is often misunderstood as a condition without problems, when in fact a person can appear to be “fine” while hiding emotional exhaustion and weakening thoughts. Just as the body can have a fever, often unnoticed, the mind also has a “temperature” that ranges from healthy to burnout. In the fast pace of work, symptoms such as difficulty sleeping, loss of motivation, or withdrawal are often considered normal, even though more than 60% of workers have experienced burnout without realizing it. This certainly makes it a serious issue that needs to be addressed with awareness and mutual concern.

Internal Sharing returned on July 25 with a super interesting discussion, featuring guest speaker Ema Ria Yulianis from Bomba Group's Human Capital Development Division, who shared her perspective on how to recognize our mental temperature, understand the early signs of psychological exhaustion, and apply simple yet effective strategies to maintain emotional balance amid work pressure.

Let’s be more honest with ourselves because even those who appear strong may be tired.
