Code of Conduct

As a parent company that upholds the principles of integrity, transparency, and professionalism, we are committed to maintaining high ethical standards in every aspect of our operations. This Corporate Code of Ethics serves as a primary guideline for management, employees, and stakeholders in conducting business activities responsibly. It reflects the company's core values and serves as the foundation for achieving strategic goals in line with our established vision and mission. 

GCG Guideline

The implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is essential as part of ensuring the company’s long-term business sustainability, while prioritizing the interests of both shareholders and stakeholders. In line with Bomba Group’s commitment to applying GCG consistently and continuously, the company has established several supporting frameworks as guidance, including its Vision, Mission, Corporate Values, Company Regulations, Investment Guidelines, Professional Responsibilities, as well as various established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

In conducting its business, the company ensures that every program and decision is aligned with the values of integrity, transparency, and accountability. At the same time, the company reinforces its commitment to sustainability, where every business activity is carried out with careful consideration of the balance between Economic, Social, and Environmental (ESG) aspects. 

Through these governance principles, we are determined to build a company that is professional, trusted, and sustainable, delivering real value and contributions to all stakeholders and to future generations. 

Whistleblowing System

As part of Bomba Grup's commitment to Good Corporate Governance, we prioritize transparency, integrity, and accountability in every operational aspect. To uphold these values, Bomba Grup has implemented a Whistleblowing System as a channel for all parties to report suspected violations related to fraud, abuse, misconduct, conflicts of interest, or breaches of laws, regulations, and the company's code of ethics.

Through this system, Bomba Grup ensures that every report will be taken seriously and handled with protection, maintaining trust and fostering a fair work environment free from practices that contradict the company’s principles.

Risk Management

As a corporation, Bomba Grup implements Good Corporate Governance (GCG) through risk management as an integral part of its business and operational strategy. This commitment is realized through the establishment of the Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) Division, which serves to integrate risk management services across the holding, subholding, and operating company levels. 

To guide its implementation, the company has established the Risk Management Guideline No. 008/SOP/MLP/RMG/VII/2023, which serves as a reference for managing, standardizing, and harmonizing risk management practices. This guideline enables the company to identify, analyze, evaluate, and respond to risks while also leveraging opportunities to achieve its business objectives. 

The company’s risks are categorized into eight types: strategic, financial, legal & compliance, operational, geopolitical & market, reputation & sustainability, information technology, and organizational/human resources. The risk management process refers to ISO 31000:2018, encompassing risk identification, analysis, evaluation, mitigation, monitoring & review, and reporting. Supported by system digitalization, competency enhancement, and adaptive SOPs, Bomba Grup is committed to maintaining integrity, transparency, accountability, and sustainability to ensure healthy and professional growth.
