The success of a facilitator depends heavily on the relevance of their competence and their mastery of the material to be delivered.

Last Wednesday and Friday (March 11 & 13), the Human Capital Development (HCD) Division of Bomba Grup organized a Training of Trainers (ToT) for All Managers. The sessions, which covered core material and group dynamics, were facilitated by Mr. Afful Basri (VP of Human Capital) and attended with great enthusiasm by all registered participants.

It is highly anticipated that this initiative will further enhance the competence of internal facilitators and support the effectiveness of employee development programs across the company.
