In order to realize strategic human resources management and build a sustainable company foundation, continuous competency improvement has become an important aspect for the Human Capital Development (HCD) Division.

On Friday (July 17), the Human Capital Development (HCD) Division held an Internal Training at the HO, attended by the entire HCD Team. The session featured a comprehensive presentation on Workload Analysis (WLA) by Ms. Ema Ria Yulianis (HC Development) to optimize workload distribution, followed by a Coaching, Mentoring, & Counseling (CMC) session with Mr. Cahya Purnama (Lead of HCD) to strengthen the implementation of a mentoring culture in the work environment.

It is hoped that the knowledge sharing and synergy created in this training will serve as invaluable provisions in making a greater positive impact on the company's progress in the future.
