As an effort to strengthen these competencies, on Friday (June 5), the Human Capital Development Division of Bomba Grup held an Internal Training activity themed "Managing the Business Profitability". The session was directly presented by Mr. Noly Hendry (CEO of Subholding Agro Industry) and was attended with great enthusiasm by the participants, who are employee representatives of Bomba Grup, from the material presentation session to the discussion that followed.

It is hoped that through this activity, employees can be more optimal in implementing business management strategies in their respective work units, thereby making a tangible contribution to improving profitability and achieving better company targets.
