As a tangible form of commitment to improving competencies and strengthening the occupational safety culture, from Monday to Wednesday (July 20 - 23), the Agro Industry Subholding of Bomba Grup, in collaboration with PT Sinergi Safetypreneur Multiusaha, held a Welder Awareness Training. The training was enthusiastically attended by all participants from the Welder Team at the PALI Site, South Sumatra.

The training implementation was opened with welcoming remarks by Mr. Deden Nurdin (Agronomy Controller of the Agro Industry Subholding) and divided into two batches. It was specifically designed to equip the participants with a deep understanding of precise welding techniques, effective use of work equipment, and maximum welding quality standards, while instilling the application of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) as the main focus in every work process.

Through this synergy and intensive learning, it is hoped that all participants will be able to improve their skills to produce much better and safer quality work in order to support better company productivity.
