Creating an inclusive, productive, and harmonious work environment requires a solid understanding of the diverse characteristics and differences among generations of employees working within a company.

On Friday (April 17), the Human Capital Development Division of Bomba Grup held an Internal Sharing activity themed "Managing People Across Different Generations." The session was delivered directly by Mr. Afful Basri (VP of Human Capital Development) in a hybrid format and was enthusiastically received by employees, from the material presentation down to the Q&A session.

It is expected that through this activity, employees—particularly Managers and Supervisors—can better understand and manage cross-generational teams more effectively to better achieve company targets.
