After successfully holding training at the Subholding, Bomba Group is now continuing its human resource development efforts through internal training at the Head Office.

This time, the GRC Division took the lead by presenting the theme “Balanced Scorecard, Strategic Management Essentials.”

The training atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm. Participants, including leaders and cross- divisional teams, gained an understanding of how the company's strategy is implemented through four main perspectives: Financial, Customer, Internal Process, and Learning & Growth, guided directly by Mr. Osman Syarif (VP GRC & Asset Management), who, with his experience, was able to provide strategic insights and real-life examples of the Balanced Scorecard's application.

This training was not merely a space for sharing knowledge but also a moment for collective reflection on how each individual can contribute meaningfully to fostering Bomba Group’s work culture.
