Through the High Performance Leadership Training organized by Bomba Group and led by VP of Human Capital, Mr. Afful Basri, leaders were invited to return to the fundamentals, building a compelling vision, creating solid teams, delegating wisely, and developing the potential of the human resources within their divisions. 

This training went far beyond theory. It included reflective sessions, deep Q&A discussions, and moments where leaders supported and empowered one another. It was a growth process that united them not only as individuals, but also as part of the larger Bomba Grup family.
