With this spirit, Bomba Group held the 2025 Employee Assessment, a 10-day journey (June 2–11) to deeply explore the talents, abilities, and competencies of employees as a foundation for career planning and to support strategic decision-making in human resource development. 

The assessment room was more than just a place for tests, it became a stage where each individual demonstrated resilience, creativity, and adaptability. Participants came not merely as employees, but as members of the Bomba Family, united in their commitment to building a sustainable future. This assessment marks the first step toward achieving that standard both for individuals and for the company.
